I would like to share some great news! Oh So Pinteresting has moved beyond the blog and the podcast into the world of television!
I was absolutely thrilled when I was invited to a local show called Texas Daily to talk about Pinterest. Huge thanks to Robert Riggs for inviting me on and giving me the opportunity to share my passion for Pinterest. Also thanks to all of you who read the blog and listen to the podcast I truly appreciate your support.
Even with Pinterest’s rapid growth, there’s still many people who haven’t heard how useful it can be. We discussed the basics of what Pinterest is and how it works.
After the segment for the broadcast was taped, we recorded another segment for the shows video blog. We chatted more about Pinterest from a business perspective and it’s potential to drive traffic and sales.

So exciting! Wow! You did great on-air. And such amazing and useful info for small business marketing. Terrific opportunities to promote your products, and services! Congrats!
Thanks Laura! I was so happy to have the opportunity to do it. It was also really cool to see how the show is put together.
You’re a star! 🙂 a natural, good job! I was just talking to a friend a couple weeks ago about Pinterest and my mouth dropped when I found out he had never heard of it!! Unbelievable….
Thank you Serena!
I’m still a bit surprised too when I meet someone who hasn’t heard of Pinterest. But, I think in a way, that can be a good thing because that means there’s still potential for growth. Time to get the word out 🙂
Great job on the show Cynthia – you must have been thirlled to be there as a guest
Thanks Krishna!
I was thrilled and extremely nervous at the same time. It was a last minute invitation so there wasn’t much time to prepare. I’m extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to do it.
I personally never liked Facebook or Twitter. I find Google+ a mess to figure out. Yet I have over 12,000 Pinterest followers, so you can see where my allegiance is! I think Pinterest will soon take over the others. Who can resist eye candy? And there will be more and more uses found for it for businesses. That’s where I think things are going. It is growing bigger by the day.
Brenda
Brenda, thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment 🙂
I agree it is tough to resist the eye candy. It’s exciting to watch how the platform is evolving, I’m really looking forward to see how Pinterest will build the business side.
Great job Cynthia! You are such a natural in front of the camera. I’m looking forward to seeing you on TV more often (I’m know for a fact it will happen). Keep up all the wonderful content!
Thanks Vincent! I was a bit nervous but it was great to have the opportunity to talk about Pinterest.
So well deserved! I’m so happy for you and your brand. You are becoming the model for others to follow. Congratulations.
Thanks Steve! This past year has definitely been an exciting ride.
Hi Cynthia, you rocked the interview, nice job! Starting to use Pinterest more for my food blog–will sign up to get your newsletters. Thanks and all the best with your business.
Thanks Jessica! I got a chance to peek at your blog a bit and I love the idea of your 52 week challenge. Great idea for anyone.
