It\u2019s a fact – posting to Instagram every day is good for growth. According to <\/span>a Tailwind original study<\/span><\/a>, those who post to Instagram every day not only see <\/span>13 times<\/b> as many likes, they also see a 42<\/strong><\/span>% bump<\/strong> in follower rate<\/b> as compared to those who post less than once a week. And yet, even with those incredible stats, only 5% of those we studied were posting at least once per day! <\/span><\/p>\n

Still, if you\u2019ve ever tried to develop a strong Instagram strategy, you know coming up with content every day is challenging to say the least. \u00a0We hear it again and again – “I don’t know what to post to Instagram, I just don’t have enough content!”<\/span><\/p>\n

With this in mind, we created the Jumpstart challenge to encourage Instagrammers to\u00a0get into the habit of posting to Instagram once a day with the help of daily prompts. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
