But blogging takes a lot of time. Or does it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI-tools have irrevocably changed content creation, including blogging. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this post we show you how to maximize your marketing efforts and growth by harnessing the power of AI with Tailwind\u2019s Ghostwriter<\/a> to save an incredible amount of time on blog creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Write a Blog Post in Less Than 3 Minutes Using Tailwind\u2019s Ghostwriter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One-Time Preliminary Set-up<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

(These first steps might<\/em> take you another 3 minutes, but you only have to do them once.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Install the Tailwind Browser Extension<\/a> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can add our extension to Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. If you’re new to using browser extensions this help article<\/a> will show you how.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Open Your Web Writing Editor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Do you usually draft your blog posts right in your blogging platform? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cool. Start a new post and look for the Tailwind “ghost” in the bottom right corner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I like to do my writing drafts in a Google doc, so I\u2019m going to show the process in that editor, but it\u2019ll work the same in any web editor you\u2019re using. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boring part done. Now the fun part starts! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Open the Tailwind Ghostwriter Extension<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Click on the Tailwind browser extension \u201cghost\u201d in the bottom right hand corner of your web browser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you open the little ghost you\u2019ll see this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alternatively, you can go to your Tailwind Dashboard, open AI Labs<\/a>, and follow the same instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Click on Blog\/Article<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Find Blog\/Article on the left-hand menu and select From Idea To Full Article. Or choose it from the main window. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Ideas for the Article<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Enter a brief description of what the article or blog post is about. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this example we\u2019re using \u201cLinkedIn hooks and using hooks for engagement\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click Generate Titles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Select a Preferred Title<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Select a title and article summary as is, or make any edits you wish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click Continue to Outline<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Generate Outline<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you didn\u2019t make any edits at the title stage you can do that now. Then click Generate Outline. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Preview Outline<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Again, make any edits you wish. Click Generate Full Article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Preview Full Article<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Did you notice how fast we got here? What was that? 2 minutes?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Watch the article get written before your eyes. The article follows conventional writing rules with introductions, transitions, and conclusions. No loose ends here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What if you don\u2019t like the text? Simply Re-Generate Article to see another option. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hot tip: you can copy and paste any part of the article, title, and summary out of the Ghostwriter AI Labs interface so you can craft exactly the post you want to publish. Use this tool as a springboard to inspire your own writing and move past writer\u2019s block<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Polish the Article<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Format the headers and add images. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
