Pinterest Toolbar Firefox : “Pin It” Button Installation
The Pinterest toolbar plug in is a very easy way to pin images to your Pinterest boards in just a few seconds from almost any website. Using the easy to install Pin It button lets you grab an image directly from a website and add it to your Pinterest boards without having to go to Pinterest.com. You also have the option to share the new pin on your Facebook and Twitter accounts if you have those linked to your Pinterest profile. To quickly install the Pinterest toolbar firefox plug-in onto your bookmarks bar, follow these steps:
Log into your Pinterest account as usual. Once you are signed in, find the the “About” menu section – its in the upper right hand corner of the page. Now, click on the “About” link.
Next locate “Goodies” on the left hand side of the page. After clicking on that menu section scroll down the page until you find the “Pin It” button section.
At this point, you will see the instructions for adding the Pin it button to your Firefox toolbar. The basic steps are as follows:
- To display your Firefox Bookmarks Bar click Display > Bookmarks > Bookmarks Bar
- Drag the small “Pin It” Button up to the Bookmarks Bar
- Use the Pin It button to pin almost any photo you come across while surfing the Internet in just a matter of seconds
